13c Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the full terms of use for the 13c platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Usage
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 13c platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
The 13c platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in Malaysia. 13c reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with this condition.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 13c platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- One account per user only
- Continued use constitutes full acceptance
- Terms may be updated without prior notice
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 13c platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being terminated at any time.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. 13c recommends using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact platform support immediately.
General user responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising activities. This includes, but is not limited to, using third-party software to manipulate games, colluding with other users to gain unauthorised advantages, or engaging in any conduct that could damage the 13c platform's systems.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 13c platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through payment methods listed and approved by the platform. Use of unauthorised third-party payment methods may result in transactions being rejected and your account temporarily suspended.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on your chosen payment method. 13c does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, third-party financial institutions may impose their own charges. Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and identity verification. 13c reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a copy of your ID or bank statement — before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take between one and five business days.
Bonuses and promotions
Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account is subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements have been met in full. Further details are available in the promotions section of your account.
- All transactions in MYR
- Deposits processed upon verification
- Withdrawals take 1–5 business days
- Identity verification may be required
- Bonuses subject to wagering requirements
All financial transactions on the 13c platform are protected with industry-standard encryption. Your financial information is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform liability limits
The 13c platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. 13c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business disruption.
Account suspension and closure
13c reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, the account balance may be forfeited.
Intellectual property
All content on the 13c platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 13c or its respective third-party licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written consent from 13c.
Third-party links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. 13c is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to amend terms
13c reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 13c platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
